No — Domestro is an independently operated service. The property is aware of and has authorized it to operate on-site, but billing, scheduling, and support all run through Domestro directly.
What if I miss the 8:00 PM cutoff?
Bags placed after the cutoff aren't guaranteed pickup that night, but will be included in the next scheduled pickup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 5 days' notice before your next billing date. One-time pickups have no ongoing commitment at all.
What items aren't accepted?
Hazardous materials, bulk or oversized items, and unbagged/loose trash aren't included — standard bagged household trash only.
